WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping and handling charges will be determined after an online order is submitted. We recommend guitars or amps sent within the United States be shipped Fedex expedited service, fully insured. Average cost is $195/$295 each.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Any guitar returned after the 24 hour approval period and not exceeding 2 weeks are subject to an 18% restocking fee. Instruments must be returned in same condition they were shipped. No approval or returns on any amps, consignment instruments, layaway items, guitars discounted below our posted price, or items shipped internationally...These items are sold As-Is, without express warranty intended or implied.
